We are urgently hiring for Shift Supervisor

Job responsibilities :

Shift supervisor provides direct oversight of the Project Management facility and work with related groups regarding day to day operations.

Shift Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities

Assure that officers receive appropriate training, developing them in both technical and professional skills
Running Production area
Arrange daily production
Review and prepare sufficient resource for production order on next day
Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product completed safely and timely
Monitor the raw material providing status for production and feed back to production assistant
Provide training to batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production order efficiently
Check if the equipment/utility is in good condition, including HSD mixers, mills, dust collector, ventilation, ground line
Feedback the common intermediate requirement to product assistant
