Role & responsibilities Role: Site Incharge Responsibilities Ability to take correct, independent decisions as site conditions change, without frequently relying on superiors. Evaluating issues promptly by applying technical knowledge and taking responsible decisions for achieving timely completion of work. Assess the incoming workers on parameters like work knowledge, safety, and tool knowledge. Look after medical formalities of the incoming workers. Prepare schedule for daily operations and thereafter report on a daily basis. Representing in front of clients regarding the daily work and attend daily meetings Good knowledge regarding tools & consumables. Ability to handle manpower ranging from 25 to 45 members. Ability to communicate with the suppliers regarding materials and procure them on time. Ability to assess the performance of each worker accurately.
