Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and addressing any issues that arise during your shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift.
• Ensure smooth operation of all processes and adherence to company policies.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to staff as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Open or close the facility according to company procedures.
• Complete shift reports, logs, or handover notes for the next shift.
• Report incidents, breakdowns, or employee concerns to upper management.
• Help meet sales, productivity, or performance targets set for the shift.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant training is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, scheduling tools, or production software (industry-specific).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
