Job Description

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, adherence to company standards, and achievement of sales and operational targets. Store OperationsManage daily store operations during the shift, ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet. Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries or complaints promptly. Supervise, guide, and motivate team members during the shift. Monitor stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and consumables. Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment. Ensure FSSAI and store hygiene standards are maintained at all times. Monitor food safety protocols, temperature controls, and cleanliness checks. Maintain shift reports, sales data, staff attendance, and operational logs.
