Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise daily café operations during the assigned shift 2. Manage and guide café staff to ensure excellent customer service 3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the outlet 4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment 5. Handle billing, cash management, and shift reports 6. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams 7. Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally 8.
