Position: Restaurant Shift Manager

Location: Chennai

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise
• Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry or BHM or IHM
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is a plus
