Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager at our restaurant located in Navalur, Chennai. The Shift Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service, managing staff, overseeing food and beverage preparation, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily operations during your shift to ensure smooth service flow.

·       Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service.

·       Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage control.

·       Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

·       Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand quality standards.

·       Monitor staff performance and allocate duties effectively.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and operational SOPs.

Requirements:

· 2–4 years of experience in QSR / restaurant operations.

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

· Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

· Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

· Knowledge of Food & Beverage management

· Ability to lead and motivate a team

· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

· Experience in a QSR or similar environment is a plus
