Job Description: Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Entire Shift Operations: Take full responsibility for all operational activities during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and support team members to maintain high performance and meet operational goals.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for addressing and resolving any operational or personnel issues during the shift.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation of manpower and resources to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Shift Handover & Closing: Conduct thorough shift closing procedures, including reporting, documentation, and communicating key updates to the incoming shift.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
