We are looking for experienced Shift Managers for Chennai & Bengaluru to oversee the smooth operation of our café/ice cream store during their designated shifts. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the store manager in achieving business goals. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Supervise and lead the team during your shift, ensuring high performance and smooth operations
Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas of the store are covered.
Provide coaching, support, and feedback to team members to help them develop their skills.
Ensure that customers receive exceptional service by training staff on best practices for customer interaction.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the store to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Oversee the store’s operations during your shift, including stock management, equipment use, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Ensure POS systems are operating smoothly, and assist with daily reconciliation.
Ensure all safety and food hygiene protocols are being followed during your shift.
