Job Title: Shift Leader CTC: ₹25,000 (In-hand ₹21,200) Employment Type: On-roll Other Benefits: As per company policy Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Shift Leader to supervise daily operations during assigned shifts at our food service outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, team coordination, and smooth functioning of the unit in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities:1. Team & Shift Management Supervise and guide the team during the shift to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and manage staff rosters and allocate tasks efficiently. Conduct daily briefings to align the team with shift goals. 2. Operational Control Ensure proper execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor order flow and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time. Assist in achieving daily and weekly P&L targets. 3. Quality & Food Safety Conduct regular quality checks to maintain food standards. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety protocols are followed. Coordinate and participate in internal food audits. 4. Inventory & Cost Management Monitor stock levels and support in daily inventory checks. Minimize wastage by adhering to portion control and shelf life practices. Ensure timely indenting and proper storage of raw materials. 5. Customer Experience Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered consistently. Track and improve customer satisfaction scores. Key Skills Required: Leadership and team management Basic knowledge of P&L and cost control Strong communication and problem-solving skills Food safety and hygiene awareness Inventory handling and reporting Ideal Candidate Profile:1–2 years of experience in food service or QSR operations Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred Willing to work in rotational shifts Ready to lead operations from the front and grow in a dynamic food service environment?
