As a Shift Incharge - Production at our API Bulk Drug Pharmaceuticals facility in JNPC, Parawada, Visakhapatnam, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of production activities during your shift. Your responsibilities include: - Supervising and managing day-to-day production activities to meet targets. - Ensuring strict adherence to cGMP, safety, and quality standards in all processes. - Effectively managing manpower and assigning tasks for optimal productivity. - Monitoring batch processing, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely reporting. - Coordinating with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams for seamless operations. - Handling equipment operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed. - Maintaining production records in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs. - Ensuring adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong knowledge of API production processes and equipment. - Leadership and team management skills. - Understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements such as GMP and GDP. - Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Good communication and coordination skills. This position requires a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in API Bulk Drug Manufacturing. Qualifications accepted include B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), or B.Tech (Chemical Engineering).
