Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the outlet during assigned shift hours. Ensure timely opening and closing of the outlet as per SOP. Monitor customer service and ensure high-quality dining or service experience. Assign daily duties and responsibilities to team members (kitchen & service staff). Supervise and guide team performance, discipline, and grooming standards. Ensure adequate manpower availability during the shift. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints on the spot. Take customer feedback and escalate serious concerns to higher management. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained as per FSSAI norms. Conduct routine checks of kitchen, dining area, washrooms, and back-end areas. Ensure all statutory and company compliance protocols are followed. Monitor stock levels during the shift and report any shortages or wastage. Ensure proper billing, cash management, and POS entry during the shift. Reconcile daily sales and submit end-of-day reports. Coordinate with vendors, delivery platforms, and logistics if required. Prepare shift-wise reports on sales, staff, incidents, and stock consumption.
