Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop FloorManage, develop and motivate shop floor team to achieve targeted production volumeMaintain desired yield of productDirect contractual employees at shop-floorCarry out material balance calculation of produced batch/gradeControl the raw material usage and wastage minimizationEnsure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaintsResponsible to meet production targets as per production planningCoordinate with various departments to maintain mechanical integrity of all plant programs

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelor of Chemical engineering, Bachelor of Plastics engineeringTrouble shooting of faults, maintain ENVALIOR standards with respective of various directives & protocol
