Job Title: Shift In charge

Reports To: Production Manager

Job Summary:

Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle production team to meet daily production target.
• Carry out

  preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

  of mechanical equipments.
• Lead TPM activities.
• Take care of production & Maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety, quality, and environmental standards

  in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdown analysis, and spare parts inventory.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and modification projects.
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and energy conservation.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet production and maintenance KPIs.
• Be flexible to work in

  rotational shifts

  and attend emergencies as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in

  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  .
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in maintenance within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, Compressors)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and lean manufacturing practices is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in

  rotational shifts

  and handle both production & maintenance responsibilities.
