Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production planning and execution.
Monitor and control plant parameters using DCS systems, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring product quality and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of SAP, Production Planning, Safety Management, Production Operations, Plant Management skills required.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
