Shift In-charge

As a STP Shift Supervisor/Shift In-Charge in our Utilities/Facilities/Environmental Services department located in Delhi, you will be responsible for supervising daily STP operations during assigned shifts. Your key duties will include monitoring treatment processes and plant performance, leading a team of operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and maintaining accurate logs while coordinating with maintenance teams. To qualify for this role, we are looking for individuals with a BTech, BE, or B.Sc in Engineering (Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in STP/ETP operations. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential, and familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems would be a plus.
