As a Senior Engineer in ETP Operations within the E&P Conv KG KKD Onshore Process unit, your primary responsibility is to support the operations at the new ETP area. You will ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the Permit to Work (PTW) regulations and that the safety stewards of the construction contractor adhere to all safety requirements. It is crucial that the required excavations are conducted safely without impacting the existing plant. Your role will also involve overseeing the pipe laying activities within the current plant area as per the designated plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of underground water pumps and pipelines, closely monitoring the hookup of new lines with the existing system, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements related to ETP and Desal operations. It is essential to prevent any adverse effects on the existing system due to construction activities and ensure that the movement of heavy vehicles aligns with the outlined plan. Your role will involve overseeing proper lifting procedures, identifying and mitigating unsafe acts to prevent incidents, conducting Tool Box Talks to raise awareness among contract workers, and ensuring that all equipment is tested and tagged appropriately. You will also be responsible for verifying the integrity of welding booths, coordinating equipment openings in accordance with GA drawings, and inspecting the internals as per the drawings. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in identifying loops for activities such as cardboard blasting, flushing, and cleaning, as well as participating in line walks, raising punch points, and conducting loop and logic checks. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per the established plan, ensuring trial runs of all rotary equipment, and facilitating the closure of punch points. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
