Job Description

DesignationShift Engineer Full Time Opportunity LocationMultiple : - Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents - Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment - Identification of process bottle necks and suggesting improvement solutions - Capability building in the technicians - Trouble shooting the issue in packing lines with the support of stake holder - Contributing to improve the section parameter like OEE, Batch Loss,etc - Handling manpower related issue at shop floor - Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, Dept recordst etc) - Resource Planning technician & contractor for routine & non routine activities. - Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents. - Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment. - Identification of process bottle necks and suggesting improvement solutions. - Capability building in the technicians. - Trouble shooting the issue in packing lines with the support of stake holder - Contributing to improve the section parameter like OEE, Batch Loss, etc. - Handling manpower related issue at shop floor - Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, Dept recordst etc) - Resource Planning technician & contractor for routine & non routine activities.
