Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and upkeep of facilities, buildings, and equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with the maintenance team to identify, assess, and resolve building maintenance and usage problems. - Assisting in the preventive maintenance of assigned facilities and coordinating custodial and maintenance functions. - Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring their completion. - Supervising, training, and evaluating assigned personnel. - Preparing estimates for building repair and maintenance jobs and evaluating maintenance needs. - Responding to emergencies promptly and efficiently. - Designing and implementing reports to measure service performance metrics. - Servicing various electrical fixtures, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and alarm systems. - Performing maintenance on heating and cooling systems, repairing motors, pumps, and plumbing equipment. - Maintaining inventories, keeping accurate records, and ordering equipment and supplies.
