Shift Engineer (Electrical)

B.Tech/B.E (Electrical) from a Tier-I institute is a must
Currently working as a Shift Engineer or in a higher role
Proficient in AutoCAD, Budgeting, and Vendor Management

Are you a hands-on MEP & Facility Management professional with a passion for ensuring seamless building operations?
We’re looking for a Senior Shift Engineer to lead technical, civil, plumbing, and soft services operations in a high-rise IT Park environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage Transformers, LT Panels, ACBs/VCBs, DGs, Chiller Plants & Cooling Towers, STP & WTP
✅ Execute and oversee MEP, Civil & Plumbing systems✅ Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security & soft services teams✅ Prepare and manage BOQs, budgets, and vendor coordination✅ Monitor and analyze performance using Excel, PowerPoint & ERP systems✅ Ensure smooth client operations and satisfaction through proactive engagement✅ Review and modify drawings in AutoCAD for site and service coordination

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in high-rise building/IT Park facility management
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems and utilities
• Proven experience in budgeting, vendor management, and client coordination
• Open to rotational shifts, including night shifts
