AND Production Support One of the following RDBMS environments: Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle or DB2 Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem to help drive solutions. Problem solving in a production environment, including experience observing patterns, analyzing root cause and suggesting ideas to resolve issues Good-to-Have Knowledge in GS specific skills – AutoSys, AppHero, Slang and KeepAlive Experience in the Financial Service Industry SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Monitor and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal business impact and timely resolution. 2 Perform deep-dive analysis and root cause identification for complex technical issues in UNIX, SQL, and ETL environments. 3 Collaborate with L2 support, development, and infrastructure teams for issue escalation and resolution. 4 Manage daily health checks, batch monitoring, and critical job failures using monitoring tools (e.g., Autosys, App Hero). 5 Analyze recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective actions to improve system stability. 6 Develop and optimize UNIX shell scripts and SQL queries for incident resolution and process automation. 7 Participate in incident review meetings, providing detailed incident analysis and RCA documentation.
