Knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheet metal parts
BIW part evaluation & failure analysis.
Technical guidance to vendor for Sheet metal parts manufacturing process.
Sheet metal stamping , weldingand material technical know how should be available.
Part & Process evaluations
v Analysis of Part Quality issues & countermeasure planning.
Planning for zero defect production lines setup at Vendors.
PFMEA and required actions planning with vendors.
Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning for mass production models
Knowledge of Sheet metal Stamping & Welding process
Expertise in checking fixture & welding fixture design & concept generation.
Good understanding of raw material spec & usage areas.
Effective problem solver with skill to lead root cause investigation.
Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma.
Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc.).
Clear & Good communication skills.
Ability to work in lean, multi tasking environment.
Ability to handle the product & situation independently.
