Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC system parts for ICE and related interior parts, as well as integrating these parts at the vehicle level. Your role will also involve evaluating the HVAC system at the vehicle level. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop HVAC system parts for ICE according to the program schedule. - Layout HVAC system related parts in the cabin room and engine room. - Understand specifications, test, and evaluate HVAC system parts. - Evaluate the vehicle at the system level based on the program schedule. - Conduct regulation checks. - Monitor cost and weight at the part and sub-system level. - Plan countermeasures based on design/quality reviews, line feedback, and testing. - Coordinate with business partners for part development. - Analyze quality issues from production and the market. Qualifications Required: - Experience in designing or developing HVAC system parts. - Proficiency in heat load/thermal load calculation of HVAC systems. - Ability to analyze and initiate countermeasures for quality issues. - Hands-on experience in 3D modeling and 2D drawing. - Understanding of manufacturing processes and costing functions. - Experience in testing at the part and vehicle level. - Specific expertise in HVAC systems design and development with automotive OEMs. - Proficiency in CAD modeling software, preferably Unigraphics.,
