This role is suitable for a mid-level engineering professional with a robust hands-on background in Gas Distribution Systems (GDS), fluid mass transfer, and process equipment design. As a candidate, you will be involved in supporting both proposal and detailed engineering for projects in the 110 Cr range. Your key responsibilities will include preparing technical proposals encompassing P&IDs, layout concepts, BOM, and system overviews. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and finalizing detailed engineering deliverables such as PFD, P&ID, GA, and routing plans. It is essential to have a solid understanding of RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents for engineered systems (skids, pumps, fluid systems high-pressure gas units, etc.). You should possess a working knowledge of fluid system components, including MFCs, pressure transmitters, pneumatic valves, etc. Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Excel is essential, with a bonus for familiarity with DWSIM and instrumentation sizing tools. Documenting skills are necessary to create datasheets, hook-up diagrams, and design basis documents. Understanding gas safety, pressure rating selection, and isolation strategies are crucial aspects of the role.
