Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement and logistics. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards. Train and develop team members, promote cross-functional skills, and maintain a positive work environment. Collaborate with Engineering, QA/QC, and Project Management teams to resolve technical or production issues. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). 7+ years of experience in metal fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of fabrication methods including MIG/TIG welding, Robotic welding, plasma/laser cutting, CNC operations, forming, and assembly. Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and engineering documents. Proficient in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and team development.
