Role & responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the fabrication shop, including welding, cutting, forming, and assembly. Plan and schedule work orders to meet project deadlines and customer requirements. Supervise and coordinate the activities of fabricators, welders, fitters, and other technical staff. Familiarity with industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret complex fabrication drawings and engineering documents. Proficient in production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality control, and team development.
