Job Description

Location : Chennai (preferred), Bengaluru

Shift : Rotation (Night shift included)

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions.
Implement and enforce governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Monitor system health, performance, and usage analytics; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Automate workflows using Power Automate ,and build custom forms with Power Apps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users and site owners.
Stay updated with Microsoft 365 roadmap and recommend improvements.

Required Skills Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online administration.
Experience in supporting mission critical, 24x7 systems. Available for night shifts (PST hours )and weekend tasks as assigned.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST APIs, Graph API and modern site architecture.
Understanding of compliance, data loss prevention (DLP), and retention policies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Mandatory Skills: SharePoint Online .
