The Section Head Instrumentation is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of instrumentation systems across plant operations and projects. This role ensures the reliability, compliance, and performance of instrumentation systems, while leading a team to deliver both routine and project-based instrumentation activities. The position plays a key role in supporting engineering initiatives, driving technical excellence, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Manage instrumentation project deliverables including budgets, schedules, and documentation
Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, programming and field instrumentation.
Familiarity with industry standards (ISA, IEC, etc.) and ESD.
Experience with project planning tools and engineering documentation.
Leadership and team management skills.
Familiar with Yokogawa, Honeywell and Emerson DCS.
