We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead the setup and execution of an Activated Carbon Manufacturing Plant . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handover, while ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timeline commitments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the complete lifecycle of the project from concept to commissioning. Manage plant design, engineering coordination, vendor selection, procurement, and execution. Oversee civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility activities. Ensure project deliverables are met within approved parameters of: Scope Time Budget Quality Coordinate with technology licensors, consultants, and contractors. Monitor progress through schedules, MIS reports, and risk mitigation plans. Enforce safety and compliance as per statutory and company standards. Handle cost controls, approvals, and contractor performance evaluation. Lead commissioning and stabilization of plant operations. Prepare documentation for operations handover and SOPs. Liaise with management and stakeholders on progress and escalations. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 10+ years of experience leading industrial / chemical plant projects. Prior experience in Activated Carbon, Chemical, or Process Plants is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of: Process engineering Mechanical & electrical systems Utility plants Project planning & execution Expertise in EPC, turnkey projects, and site leadership. Hands-on experience in vendor management and contract administration. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
