Key Responsibilities:

• Project Governance & Control

  
  
  • Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and best practices.
  
  
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
  
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and supply chain governance frameworks.
  
  
  
  



• Portfolio & Program Management

  
  
  • Manage multiple supply chain projects (IBP, S&OP, logistics, procurement, etc. ).
  
  
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic objectives.
  
  
  • Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
  
  
  
  



• Risk & Issue Management

  
  
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
  
  • Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution.
  
  
  
  



• Stakeholder Communication

  
  
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  
  
  • Organize steering committee meetings and prepare executive dashboards.
  
  
  
  



• Documentation & Reporting

  
  
  • Maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, and change requests.
  
  
  • Prepare reports for senior management and ensure transparency.
  
  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• MBA - Operations Management


• Experience 0-2 Years


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.


• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Presentations , exposure to BI tools.


• Knowledge of

  supply chain processes

  (Planning, Sales , Procurement, Logistics).


• Good to have experience in

  PMO or Project Management

  within

  Supply Chain domain
