SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
  
• Create and manage SQL queries for segmentation, targeting, and reporting.
  
• Execute campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  
• Develop responsive and dynamic email templates.
  
• Coordinate with zonal teams for campaign planning and execution.
  
• Prepare templates for Email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns.
  
• Ensure data quality, deliverability, and compliance with opt-in policies.
  
• Provide campaign reports and performance insights.
  
• Maintain zonal-level campaign MIS and optimize as per budget.
  
• Guide and train zonal teams on SFMC processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery

• Hands-on experience with

  SQL

• Working knowledge of

  CRM / Martech tools

  (SFMC preferred)
• Proficiency in

  Google Workspace & MS Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have

  45 years of hands-on experience

  in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of

  HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript/jQuery

  .
• Prior experience in

  CRM / Martech platforms

  (Salesforce ecosystem preferred).
• Ability to manage

  email templates, data extensions, automations, and journey workflows

  .
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and reports.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
  
• Must be

  detail-oriented

  , proactive, and able to handle end-to-end campaign operations.
• Should be comfortable working in a

  fast-paced environment

  with tight deadlines.
• Preferably a

  technical graduate/postgraduate

  (B.Tech / BCA / MCA).
• Candidates with

  Salesforce or CRM certifications

  will have an added advantage.
• Should be willing to work

  from office (Kota)

  , 6 days a week.
