Job Description

1. SFDC Scrum Master with Jira Experience (10+ yrs exp)

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog grooming and prioritization.
Remove impediments to team progress and ensure a smooth Agile delivery process.
Leverage Jira for tracking, reporting, and sprint management.
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
