Job Summary

Setup Executive

hands-on coordination

Key Responsibilities

Assist in
site preparation and setup
of new serviced apartments from civil readiness to final furnishing.
Coordinate and supervise
furniture, appliance, curtain, and lighting installations.
Support in
minor civil fixes
, touch-ups, plumbing or electrical follow-ups before handover.
Arrange and organize
kitchen utilities, crockery, linens, toiletries, and other household items
as per company standards.
Inspect each apartment for
readiness, cleanliness, and functional condition.
Maintain
daily progress reports, checklists, and setup photo documentation.
Coordinate with
vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
for timely deliveries and work completion.
Report material shortages or delays to the Setup Manager and suggest corrective actions.
Ensure apartments are
fully equipped and client-ready
before handover.
Support during
handover inspections
with the Setup Manager or Client Relations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience
in hotel pre-opening, setup, interior site work, or facility preparation.
Basic understanding of
civil and interior finishing work
.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills with contractors and vendors.
Good knowledge of
furniture, appliances, and household setup standards.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
Eye for detail, systematic approach, and ability to multitask on-site.
Professional attitude, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines.
