Position:- Session Ops Lead

Experience:- 3+ years of experience

Time:- | Morning shift (5:30 AM – 1:30 PM)

Role overview

This role owns the end-to-end execution of Habuild’s live sessions and post-production quality. You will lead a 15-member operations team and ensure that every live session runs smoothly — from stable streams and studio readiness to accurate content workflows, community communication, and reliable data.

It is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who stays calm under pressure, takes ownership, and values operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily live sessions end-to-end, ensuring stable streams and high-quality participant experience

• Lead, guide, and support a 15-member operations team with clear standards and real-time decision-making

• Manage video content workflows including editing, uploads, playlists, and copyright checks

• Maintain and troubleshoot studio setups, audio/video tools, and device infrastructure

• Ensure timely WhatsApp community communication and internal coordination

• Maintain accurate performance data, dashboards, and daily tracking

• Train, onboard, and support team members to maintain consistent quality

• Support special events, shoots, and infrastructure upgrades

• Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows for better reliability and efficiency

Role is for

• Professionals with experience in live streaming tools such as Zoom, OBS, StreamYard, VoiceMeeter, or similar platforms

• Those comfortable with Google Workspace and basic editing or design tools

• People who communicate clearly, organise well, and handle multiple priorities

• Individuals who are proactive, solution-oriented, and curious about improving systems

• Team players who are flexible with responsibilities and operational schedules
