Job Description

What You Will Do

Build and maintain workflows, playbooks, and automation sequences within
Rocketlane
.
Work with
Workflow Architects
to translate designs into functional, tested workflows.
Support the creation of reusable workflow templates and components for scale.
Help document and manage workflow configuration, including logic, triggers, and dependencies.
Participate in testing and user acceptance with internal teams and SMEs.
Support the rollout of new workflows, including user onboarding and basic troubleshooting.
Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, or reusability across workflows.
Collaborate with Product, Service Ops, and Customer teams to refine and improve workflow performance.

What You Will Have

Some experience in workflow configuration, process mapping, or digital operations.
Interest in service delivery, onboarding, or project management tooling (Rocketlane, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
A structured and detail-oriented mindset, able to follow build logic and design flows accurately.
Eagerness to learn about
AI-powered workflows
, automation, and customer experience improvement.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, supporting architects and delivery leads.
Passion for simplification, making things work better, faster, and with less friction.
