Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Workflow Specialist with experience in SKU creation workflows and integration with leading MDM solutions like Informatica and Stibo. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the FMCG domain, strong business communication skills, and hands-on experience in workflow design, development, and deployment using ServiceNow and Skelta BPM.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ServiceNow workflows specifically for SKU creation and related master data processes.

Integrate ServiceNow workflows with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.

Translate FMCG business requirements into technical workflow configurations.

Lead the workflow deployment lifecycle, including design, testing, rollout, and support.

Work collaboratively with business users and data stewards to gather requirements and optimize SKU workflows.

Maintain and support existing Skelta BPM-based workflows, while driving transitions or integrations with ServiceNow.

Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business stakeholders.

Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance of the ServiceNow workflow platform with enterprise data governance requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

6–8 years of experience in workflow development and integration.

Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design and deployment.

Strong understanding of the FMCG domain, particularly in SKU lifecycle and product data management.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.

Proficiency in Skelta BPM workflows – design, configuration, and support.

Familiarity with Data.World platform is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Certifications in ServiceNow, Informatica, or MDM platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
