ServiceNow Testing Specialist

We are seeking a ServiceNow QA Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly focusing on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about delivering high-quality enterprise solutions. As a ServiceNow QA Analyst, you will be responsible for validating functionality, enhancing automation, and ensuring that new features do not disrupt existing capabilities. You should have a minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on QA experience in ServiceNow, with a strong background in ATF implementation within the platform. Additionally, functional knowledge of modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM is required. Experience in testing APIs and integrations using tools like POSTMAN will be beneficial in this role. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents. You will be executing various levels of testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing, to guarantee the quality of ServiceNow implementations. Furthermore, you will design and implement the Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow to enhance and automate testing processes. Working effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment, you will contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. The ideal candidate should be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
