Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and execute test plans for ServiceNow applications
Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and functionality
Identify, document, and track defects during the testing process
Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not disrupt existing functionality
Implement automation testing strategies to improve efficiency and coverage
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements in testing methodologies
