Key Responsibilities
• Support development and maintenance of Service Catalog items, variables, and workflows in ServiceNow. • Configure and troubleshoot SRM modules, including Request, Approval, and Fulfillment processes. • Assist in creating and updating UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, and Business Rules. • Work with senior developers to implement Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for catalog automation. • Perform basic data imports, testing, and validation for catalog items. • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and ensure catalog items meet business needs. • Provide L2 support for catalog-related incidents and service requests. • Document configurations, changes, and maintain version control. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ServiceNow best practices. • HAM knowledge will be preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; 13 years of ServiceNow experience. • Basic understanding of Service Catalog, SRM, and ITSM processes. • Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting fundamentals. • Knowledge of UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Catalog Client Scripts. • Exposure to Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and IntegrationHub is a plus. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Good communication and documentation abilities. ________________________________________ Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ITIL Foundation (optional but desirable)
