Key Responsibilities

• Act as

  ServiceNow Admin with strong SPM experience

• Hands-on expertise in

  SPM modules

  : Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace
• Conduct

  requirements gathering and solution design

• Perform

  impact assessment

  on new solutions and SPM enhancements
• Configure

  scripts, catalog forms, and workflows

• Carry out

  system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support

• Manage

  code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts

• Troubleshoot

  integration issues

  between ServiceNow and partner systems
• Implement

  automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub

• Handle

  platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment

• Perform

  daily health checks

  and resolve performance issues
• Collaborate with

  ServiceNow product teams

  for issue resolution and defect fixes

Required Skills

• Minimum

  3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience

• Strong understanding of

  SPM Product Suite

  and its integrations
• Proficiency in

  ServiceNow platform administration

• Knowledge of

  JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub

• Experience in

  testing, rollout planning, and production support

• Ability to

  troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks
