Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Designer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to support business-critical initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable application designs, and driving high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow SPM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define requirements
• Design application solutions aligned with business processes and objectives
• Lead and manage team-level decisions and technical discussions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to key design decisions
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Test and validate applications against functional specifications
• Mentor junior team members and support skill development

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Solid understanding of application design principles and methodologies
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Experience with user experience (UX) design and usability testing

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow SPM
• Total 7+ years of IT experience
• 15 years of full-time education
• Ability to work from Bengaluru office (5 days WFO)
