Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow SPM developer

Location – Remote

Shift – 3 PM to 11 PM IST


ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, with at least 2 years focused on SPM/ITBM.

  • Strong understanding of

    project management processes

    ,

    demand lifecycle

    , and

    financial planning

    .
  • Experience with

    Agile methodologies

    and familiarity with

    SAFe

    is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in creating

    custom workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts

    , and

    catalog items

    .
  • Good understanding of

    ServiceNow data model

    , tables, and relationships within SPM modules.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.

  • ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist certification – preferred.
