Servicenow QA

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide QA updates.

Requirements:

• Experience in QA/testing of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing; automation knowledge (e.g., ATF, Selenium) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and modules.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
