Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership • Lead ServiceNow projects from requirements gathering through deployment. • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. 2. Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates. 3. Team Coordination • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers. • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. 4. Process & Quality Management • Establish and maintain project management processes and performance standards. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks. 5. Reporting & Escalation • Track project outcomes, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed. • Deliver project documentation and post-implementation reviews.
