Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as a GRC domain expert, engaging with clients to understand their business needs related to risk management, policy and compliance, and audit management
Translate complex business requirements and regulatory needs into functional specifications and practical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Configure and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions to meet business objectives, including modules for Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Audit Management
Lead discovery workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
Develop documentation such as business requirements, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the solution aligns with strategic goals
Conduct business analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
