ServiceNow HRSD Sr. Consultant

As a member of the ServiceNow HRSD Team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional results to customers and exceeding their expectations. Your work will play a key role in transforming HR practices for companies, leading to significant cost savings and improved employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Possess HRSD Implementation Certification. - Demonstrate extensive technical experience in ServiceNow, with a minimum of 4 years as a Developer. - Showcase strong HRSD SN experience, including Out Of The Box (OOTB) functionalities and processes, with a minimum of 4 years working experience. - Bring experience in HR shared services and Service Delivery. - Have experience in implementing a full HRSD suite. - Utilize knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices. - Understand Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions through life cycle events. - Familiarity with Case Management, Knowledge Management, Custom Form, Custom Workflow, Integration development, and support. Other responsibilities may include: - Leading ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams from discovery to deployment, following an agile methodology. - Providing hands-on leadership and Project Management to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. - Collaborating with a team of functional and technical consultants for requirements gathering and sprint design sessions. - Documenting baseline HR Service Delivery operations and defining points of value for HR Service Transformation. - Creating detailed implementation plans, establishing milestones, finalizing budget/scope, and architecture. - Managing project/workstream aspects, identifying and mitigating risks. - Establishing user journeys, creating user stories, and configuring Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities. - Supporting system validation, transitioning the organization, and deploying HRSD build into production. - Developing a strong reputation for HR Shared Services knowledge and ServiceNow product expertise. - Building relationships with clients and project teams to foster personal growth and development. Qualifications: - Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree. - 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration.,
