As an experienced professional with 4-8 years of relevant experience, you will be based in Pune, India, operating from the office. Your primary focus will be on surpassing customer expectations and delivering exceptional results as part of our ServiceNow HRSD Team. By leveraging your skills, you will play a pivotal role in transforming HR practices for our clients, leading to cost savings and improved employee experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Possessing HRSD Implementation Certification. - Demonstrating extensive technical expertise in ServiceNow, with a minimum of 4 years as a Developer. - Showcasing strong HRSD SN experience with at least 4 years of hands-on work. - Having experience in HR shared services and Service Delivery. - Working on a full HRSD suite implementation. - Demonstrating knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices. - Understanding Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions through life cycle events. - Proficiency in Case Management, Knowledge Management, Custom Form, Custom Workflow, Integration development, and support. Additionally, you may be tasked with: - Leading ServiceNow HRSD projects and work-streams from discovery to deployment using an agile deployment methodology. - Providing hands-on leadership and Project Management to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. - Collaborating with a team of functional and technical consultants for requirements gathering and sprint design sessions. - Documenting current state HR Service Delivery operations and defining points of value for HR Service Transformation. - Creating detailed implementation plans, establishing milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and high-level architecture. - Managing all project aspects, identifying and mitigating risks. - Establishing user journeys and developing user stories for Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management. - Supporting iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engaging stakeholders for reviews and design sessions. - Executing system validation and preparing for the transition to deploy the HRSD build into production. - Building a strong reputation based on your HR Shared Services and ServiceNow product knowledge. - Cultivating relationships with clients and project teams to foster your personal growth and development. This role does not entail any line management responsibilities. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree, along with 3-5 years of experience in Service Now Configuration.,
