Required Skills:
Experience: Typically, 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and HRSD Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR) are often required. Citizen Developer certifications may be expected for low-code focused roles.
Technical Competency: Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide Scripting, UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal/UI builder.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, case management) coupled with the ability to translate HR needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Platform administration experience and expertise across HRSD and ITSM modules.
Experience with enterprise design thinking, AI enhancements (e.g., predictive intelligence), Process Mining, or Virtual Agent.
Familiarity with HR system integrations (SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM).
