Description
System Design & Development:Configure and develop solutions within the HRSD module, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Service Center.Workflow & Automation:Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to streamline HR processes and tasks.Integration:Develop and manage integrations with other HR and enterprise systems using tools like Integration Hub.Reporting & Analytics:Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key HR service metrics and provide insights.Collaboration:Work closely with HR business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Testing & Deployment:Lead testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the deployment of new configurations.Documentation & Training:Document system processes, configurations, and provide training to end-users.Key Skills & QualificationsServiceNow Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its HRSD module.Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and other development tools for customization and integration.HR Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR service management processes and best practices.Integration Experience: Familiarity with best practices for integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve platform issues.
