Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules.
Configure asset lifecycle workflows (procurement retirement).
Optimize license compliance and cost savings through SAM Pro.
Integrate HAM/SAM with CMDB and external procurement systems.
Generate reports on asset utilization and compliance.
Requirements:
6+ years in ServiceNow with HAM/SAM.
Strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle and compliance.
Experience with data imports, discovery, and CMDB linkage.
HAM/SAM certifications preferred.
Location - Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote
