Locations : Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (Specify as needed) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred We are actively looking for a MongoDB Developer to join our growing technology team. This role involves working on data modeling, ingestion, and integration with various systems while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage scalable and optimized MongoDB-based database solutions Work on data modeling for performance and storage efficiency Develop effective and scalable queries and operations using MongoDB Integrate third-party services, APIs, and tools with MongoDB for streamlined data management Work collaboratively with developers, data engineers, and business teams to ensure seamless application integration Write and execute unit, integration, and performance tests for MongoDB implementations Conduct code reviews and database optimization, ensuring best practices in data security and architecture Document and maintain schema changes and performance improvements Preferred Skills: Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouses is an advantage Exposure to Agile methodologies Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows Primary Skills Required: Strong experience with MongoDB (querying, schema design, ingestion) Familiarity with JavaScript/Node.js or Python (for integrations, if applicable) API Integration Performance tuning and data management MongoDB Atlas (preferred).
